 We pride ourselves on providing quality products at value for money prices.
However sometimes there may be circumstances that result in products that do not meet with our customers' expectations.
Here's our process for handling these type of issues:
in the first instance
If you have a problem with goods or services purchased in our store, please refer to our returns & warranties page. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue. It's important to communicate clearly and in a timely manner.
if you're still not satisifed
If this fails, you can contact your card provider or online payment service eg. PayPal promptly and enquire about a chargeback or refund.
They will conduct their own investigation and communicate with us to find out what went wrong. However if a credit card provider or online payment service doesn’t satisfactorily resolve the problem, and the transaction was in Australia, you may contact the Financial Ombudsman Service on 1300 780 808 for assistance.
You may also contact the New South Wales Department of Fair Trading who can assist by attempting to achieve a resolution. Please see their online shopping guide.
If Fair Trading intervention is not successful in achieving an acceptable outcome, you can lodge an application with the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
